• Service Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse service for any unsafe conditions on the property.
• Liability: While we ensure high service standards, Scrubs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
