I didn't want to write this review because I'm very happy with our lovely cleaning lady and she's the only reason why we keep using this company but after using them for the past three months I have to mention that the whatsapp line is terrible and disappointing. It's always an hassle to make an appointment and they take hours sometimes even days to answer. That's the only reason why I don't give a higher rate.

From start to finish our experience was so wonderful! Upon calling, Cathy was so kind and helped arrange our appointment on short notice. During the appointment, she was flexible with the timing, changing arrangements at the last minute to allow Jocelyn and Irene to stay past the originally planned time to do a little extra work. Most of all, we are so impressed with the amazing job the ladies did in deep cleaning our home! They really took initiative and they are both so hard working. We have never had cleaners come into our home before and actually felt some anxiety about it. They made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We appreciate that they were able to help with some of the things that we would've struggled to do on our own, especially having a little one at home. In fact, they did a much better job than we would have done ourselves. We will definitely be using this service again!!
I was skeptical at first as I had tried many cleaning services companies is Qatar and they mostly disappoint! But not Scrubs Cleaning Services! From the start with "Mel" on customer services, through to the lady "Aisha" who cleaned the house, everything was perfectly amazing and above expectations! - Mel was very confident when I asked why their price is higher than the market and replied that their competitors do not compare, and that they are the oldest and most experienced in the cleaning industry, and honestly Mel was right, I did become a regular customer now as I never had my house cleaned so deeply and thouroughly this way! They even re-arranged my wardrobe, folded all the clothe properly, did all extra tasks I asked for as per the exact instructions.. brief, if you need to hire Cleaning services in Qatar, Scrubs is the right choice!

I am overall disappointed with the service. Today I was not able to meet the appointment time, as I am stuck over my duty time at work. I tired to ask to reschedule or even pay the uber for the driver but it was all or nothing for the payment. So I paid, asked them to take the cleaner to my home and I told the cleaner to go enjoy for the next 4 hours paid time off. No flexibility or communications with the company, this will be my last time booking with them.

Love, love, love this service - they seem to treat their employees well and kindly (which often, sadly, is not the case). First time was perfect and ladies was amazing and I didn’t have to tell them to much they was very professional i asked mel the customer service lady to provide me two but to add one hour for each but she said no it cant take three ladies each 4 hours and I booked with her but unfortunately my experience wasn’t that good as the first time because one of them wasn’t good at all latterly i had to to clean almost every thing she done again and i take pictures and i send it through whatsapp to Mel all she said i will check who do this and i’m so sorry 🙂🙂 I paid 480 qr to get my house cleaned as i want I didn’t ask for something super but that what happened i have there name in the booking request but I don’t know the one specific name from this three names..I don’t ganna deal with them again

I was out of the country for about 2 months and as we all know your apartment can get really dusty when it's not been clean for that long. I needed urgent cleaning for my 3BHK apartment and came across the scrubs cleaning company. I called them up and they understood my requirement and sent three cleaners within 3 hours. My mother initially thought she might need to guide/tell them what to do but to her/my surprise, the ladies started cleaning the apartment as if it were their own apartment. The cleaning ladies melojane, zen and jalene were very nice and professional. In the middle of the service, I received a message from the company asking how the service was going which shows their professionalism and attention towards customer satisfaction. Overall, I was highly satisfied with their service and would highly recommend the scrubs cleaning company.

I had a baby sitter for my 1 and half year old child and I was really impressed by the girl that was hired to the job that she was perfectly organized, clean, decent, calm and- Fast noticing the points we give her.- Got the child used to her in the first day she met him.- Additional to that, she does chores we didn't assign to her like cleaning and taking care in parallel of our other child.We are thankful for you guys to bring us such a well skilled nanny like Hazel. to be honest we were lucky to have her.And that comes sure from the perfect supervision and preparations by a great company's team. Hiring from Scrubs is 1000% worth it. Every lady they have sent me has been excellent at her job and left my house spotless. They are all also very polite and I like that they all show you inside their bag after they finish to show you that they didn’t steal anything, as a customer it makes me feel like I can trust them and it’s a nice gesture from the company to tell the ladies to do that. Believe me, and I will say that they are the best cleaning service until the Day of Judgment. The workers, God bless them, are those who ask for minutes and listen to what you are talking about (I advise you to have a Kenyan unit named Loni and a Filipina second named Detiva). Frankly, they did not fall short! There is no mistake in customer service, they check everything, even my employee Mary, may God bless her, called and asked if everything was fine! But if you have a villa, for example, it takes more than four hours.

I am very happy with this company. I have been a customer for almost 3 years now and love our lady (Marylou) very much. So far I have not seen anyone who works like her. She pushes everything forward, rolls up carpets and cleans thoroughly and not around it. The attention to detail, like rolling up blankets or folding the toilet paper roll like in a hotel is also very thoughtful. She doesn’t need instructions to do her work, very experienced and neat. I am using Scrubs for more than a year with around six cleaning sessions so far, and I am pretty happy with their services. Their personnel is always on time, and they do a good job. Booking cleaning is also easy, Cathy, the representative I usually interact with is very helpful and responsive. The most recent cleaning session was done by Sarah and Irene, and they did a great job. I use a list to keep a track of what has to be cleaned, and they didn't had a problem to follow it.

I used before a company and the lady came late, ignored the part where i had religious pictures and she was called to leave 15 minutes before the finish time.This time with Scrubs i was very impressed . Cathy was very responsive and arranged for me very fast a lady. Elize not only that she came 5 min earlier but she left 10 min later. She cleaned more then I asked, she was very focused on her job and not waisting time. I really appreciate this, i love professional people. I recommend 100 %
I have used scrubs several times now. The 1st experienced used for move cleaning was not bad because we had just moved to doha. I hired a number of maids for several days with my supervision and I was good. However, I have used them about 3 other times for regular cleaning. And their maids never complete the cleaning or clean properly and they have have to return to clean after complaining. I typically have a helper, but occasionally I've asked them to come to when when she's on vacation. We maintain the villa pretty well, so it really just a maintenance cleaning that is required most times they were asked to clean. However, the trend is for the cleaners to not complete the cleaning. I had 2 cleaners for 4 hours, clean a 4 bedroom plus maid room ( and cleaning the maid rooms was not required) and they left without even sweeping or mopping the villa and they were comfortable leaving the job half done. You wouldn't even know the villa was cleaned. After pictures were sent they were asked to return to complete the work . They company is now telling me I need 3 maids to complete a 4 bedroom villa (one of the bed rooms, the guest bed room, is not being used) and 3.5 bath for 4 hours ( A total of 12 hours to clean a villa, no dishes or laundry being done and it is not deep cleaning? ) That to me sounds ridiculous! Seems to me like they need to have more efficient cleaners or the company is getting greedy. (If they need to add an hour of cleaning that may even makes sense if there was provision for that, but 4 extra hours is ridiculous!) I will no longer be using their services.

I just recently used their house cleaning service and it was excellent. The maid came for four hours and she dusted, vacuumed, mopped, cleaned the bathrooms, windows, balcony and kitchen and left no stone unturned, the attention to detail was spectacular (I have a lot of little decorations everywhere and pictures on the walls, everything dusted, everything clean.) Super reliable cleaning service in Doha. The employee is always on time and has never missed an appointment. They do the best job in cleaning my apartment the way I like it without mistakes. I always come home and the house is spotless, everything is clean, tidy and in its place. The maid is super nice and respectful and trustworthy which is so hard to find in Doha. I never have to repeat myself because she knows what to do. The coordinator from scrubs is great and always makes sure to check with me which I love! The girls are professional and I loved them while their new manager is horrible. Impolite and inconsiderate. He changed my agreement with the old manager and he was quite rude about it as well when I tried to call him. I couldn't talk to him past the first sventense. Awful just awful. This one is just horrible.
